So excited! Finally got the silver pencil chicks I'd had my eye on since February! And with any luck, a red frizzle that will actually be frizzled.

Yes, some are... I hatched these. Anyone live near Lancaster, Pa? I'm only going to keep a couple.

Hello. I'm curious about my little blue Cochin girl if she's meeting the standard or not. She's about 3 months old. Also, didn't like her picture being taken, quite squirmy, so I hope I got enough of her for you to help me.

Shes too light.
Unless shes self-blue...but thats still light for that variety.(is self blue recognized?)
I see no lacing...her eyes are supposed to be 'reddish bay' beak is supposed to be"yellow with black shading."

Does remind me of my LF Splash Cochin... I see a hint of darker blue dusting. She doesn't look like the clean Lavender of my other selfs.
