Hey. I'm new to cochins too. I got 4 chicks. Two ended up frizzled and two are smooth. I only took a pic of my favorite so far, but I'll take some more of the others tomorrow.

#1 looks splash to me, but never seen splash with as much black, it's usually more blue, so I'm not sure. Not sure if cochins come paint like silkies??
Type on the rest look great to me, but I'm no expert. Love that last girl, silver penciled, i believe.

He Isnt splash nor paint....
He has black spots from being under the car. Grease I suspect.

Bantam cochins are such lovely birds...I have a bunch. 2 cocks, a buff and a birchen and a bunch of hens. 3 frizzles- blue splash, white, and blue, and a buff and birchen with smooth feathers. Have a few mixes also. They are great little birds. I cannot get enough.
