Bantams..Dutch blue and blue OE???

Is there any difference between OE Blue bantam a and Dutch blue OE? I am looking to buy some from a customer. I see a color shading and tail shape difference but are they the same breed?

Dutch and Old English are totally different breeds. But Blue should be the same color in both. Dutch have round white earlobes. Old English have Red earlobes. Different back line and tail angles as well but without my Standard in front of me couldn't tell you.
