Any tail feathers yet? If he weren't frizzle, based on feathering I'd say definite boy, but frizzles don't feather in as quickly, so I'm on the fence. My experience with hatchery bantams last year was if I suspected boy, it was.
Even the white cochin I thought was a pullet, compared to the white cockeral, grew a big red comb over night when I rehomed the other one...
