Barred Rock roo or hen?

I have a barred Rock that has started developing a comb and waddles. Compared to one the same age, the comb is alot larger. It is 8 weeks old, or so l was told. Is it a rooster?

Is this your only barred rock @DonnyT ? Being able to compare side by side can be very helpful in learning to spot m/f barring. How old was the bird when you got it?

They we're 3 weeks old when l got them. Here's a pick of one same age with very small comb and darker.
