I have hatched one barred rock with a pea.comb. it is possible for it to be a barred rock and not a Dominique. It is a throwback.

You know, that would be dependent on the barred rock being the hen, and then it would be a cockerel because it would be sex-linked. It it was a cross in the other direction, it could be either, so I guess we really don't know.

Well, I guess we will have to just wait and see! Either way, it is one cutie pie baby! i read something last night about Barred Rocks with pea combs, so maybe that's it. I just thought I would ask in the one place where people have the most experience! Thank you all for your help
