Recently bought 8 chicks from tractor supply. 2 were straight run Plymouth barred rocks. According to everything I've read the darker bird should be a hen but looks awful roostery to me. The small one had pasty butt when I got them home. It was always the runt. It looks like a male by color but it's comb is small and pale. Looking for some expert gender identification.
