Barred rocks, 1 pullet, 1 roo????

They don't look 4 weeks... Unless they have a lot more feathers hiding in there? The one with the white face doesn't look like a barred rock chick to me at all. I only have three though, so maybe it is a variation.

I agree. The first chick doesn't look like a BR to me either. That is why I asked for different pictures.

You may have to wait until they get a little older.  A way to tell when they are under a week old is to feather sex them by looking at the secondary flight feathers.  Males will have all one length and females will have two lengths.
this is only true in chickens who have been bred for this trait. Most chickens are not.

The chicks photos above are not adequate to determine very much about them.

At four weeks, a photo of them simply standing or roosting in a normal pose would be best.

Pay no attention to the Reds in the photo, but there are three Barred Rocks chicks, at 4 weeks in the center of the photo. The cockerel has the wide, bright white bars on his wings, while the other two are pullets.

Here are some pics of rocky today..

Doesn't look like yours at all :( there is 1 white "bar" ( more like 2 feathers...) at what would be the "elbow" portion of his wings that i couldn't get a pic of.

I thought he looked "cocky" lol i am disappointed it's not a barred rock. I will have pics of the other chick up soon. The
is one is super sweet and always wants to be near the flock of girls. Peeps with head up looking for them.
