Is this considered barring or barred his father was crele.

He's single, so a lower percentage of offspring will be Barred.(Versus Double Barring = 50% Barred Males, & 50% Females. So, 100% Barred offspring. )

25% Solid Males, 25% Solid Females.
(50% is made by adding up both 25%, of the Barred, or Solid offspring produced)
25% Barred Males, 25% Barred Females.

Though I've had, alot lower percentage of Barred offspring from single Barred rooster breedings. Most have been solid over the years.

There is defenition difference where his colors are I just don’t know what consider a bare a definite line of color or where two different colors meet at a definite line

I would say he just has different color variation, not barring. My Leaky Paint rooster shares similar coloration.
