Base of Feather Issue

Hello! While holding and checking one of my ladies today I noticed at the base of what looks like three feathers is a lump? Elongated, squishy, not inflamed…doesn’t seem to be bothering her. She is eating, drinking, pooing, etc as normal. Picture for reference. Any ideas would be appreciated-

Probably not, but I would leave it alone.
It's her oil gland and looks quite normal, there's not need to mess with it.
