Strange coloring at base of feathers

Hello all!
I recently noticed odd coloring at the base of my chickens head feathers so I thought I’d pop on here and see if anyone knows anything. I have attached photos.

I believe it is because she kept getting her head wet. She had to stay in my garage for a while because of snow and was drinking out of a bowl. I tried to dry off her feathers, but they were still damp. She’s back outside with the correct water dispenser and her has not wet anymore, but it had been semi consistently dam for a little while.

I wanna make sure she’s okay, and that her feathers aren’t having an infection or anything like that. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the reply! No they weren’t. They look better now than they did when I took the photos though.
