It was a toss-up between Missy and Star, from the picks these are the 2 with the longest ears

What's up with the dark faces? I've not seen markings like that on a bassett.

All of them are super cute! if it were me - I'd have to settle on Missy. BTW you've given them really cute names too.

every time I looked at a picture I thought, That one Keep that one, then I moved on to the next picture and I was like No that one keep that one. My favorites would be Freda and Missy, though star is pretty cute too. Good luck on your decision, unless you had stacked pictures of them it would be hard to tell which one actually has the best conformation.

The last photo of Boomer made me go 'Aww,' but I think Missy is a keeper. There's just something special about her.

I say Missy because Star needs to come live with me....of the boys well any of them but Boomer because he needs to come with Star

I really like Stars expression but picked Missy - there is just something about her in the photos. They all have intelligent looking expressions and are incredibly cute - don't know anything about the breed though.

Here's what I think: I would go with Boomer or Star.

Reasons: Indy---seems too timid for the ring.
Libby---ears not as long as Star's, not as pronounced dewlaps.
Missy----while very cute, her ears are again, not as long as Star's and her dewlaps are the least pronounced of the litter.
Star----wonderful long ears, nicely defined dewlaps, and calm expression.
Boomer-------great color (although it has no bearing in the ring as far as breed standard), nicely pronounced dewlaps, ears not as long as I would like but he seems
to have a calm demeanor and extrememly intelligent expression.

If I were picking one for just a pet, I would probably pick Indy-----I am partial to tri-colors and prefer males to females.
