Normally Id let chicks for the most part clean themselves but this morning I woke to a 4 wk old Brahma that got pooped on pretty good last night. It ran all over her back and under both wings (of course not the easy to clean poo either... its the runny smelly gross stuff). Its more than she's going to be able to get off herself and I really don't want it staying all under her wings like that. Is it ok to bathe her carefully in just warm water and carefully blow drying her off at this age? I think I can get her pretty clean without having to use any soap.

That is exactly what we would do. I used to use Johnson's baby shampoo until we bought some show shampoo. Just make sure she doesn't get too hot or cold. Blow drying a chicken takes alot longer than one would think. Good luck.....joe
