I do't have to worry about telling her weight on here. She knows that even if I look, I'll still be coming back to her! She isn't very worried about her weight. She has tried to lose some several times, but usually cannot do much. So she has conceded that she is who she is.
I'm no prize at 5'11' and 300#, but have a 56" chest and 44" waist I am not sloppy, bouncy fat. Too heavy? Yep! But I have lost 65# in the last year by working harder, and changing my eating habits! I work construction doing plumbing, so the work is alot of shovel work, with lots of stairs and lifting and carrying added in.
Today was 2 water heaters on the 3rd floor of an apartment building with no elevator! Two new ones up the stairs, changed them out and hauled two old heaters back down to the truck! Done in 3 1/2 hours, start to finish. Not too bad for an old man!
Now I'm home and ready to start my new coop for my hatched orpington biddies!
