Sounds like eggs soon. I also have one girl who is a constant talker. If I imitate her bawking, she stops, looks at me and starts doing a conversation, and we badadbababawk back and forth.

I have one that is like that, but only when we are by the run, if we are in it she is so noisy. When no one is around the run she isn't noisy. I think she just likes to give us attitude! She's almost 18 wks, no egg yet. Hope you get one soon.

Mine were all seriously noisy over the weekend and one of the ladies started laying on Tuesday. They are back to normal noise level now! I'll be waiting for another noisy weekend for my 3rd RIR to start laying

And then another in a month or so when my RSL is old enough!

This girl doesn't have a buddy. Most of the others pair off but she is a dare devil. Always being a challenge and the first to get into anything and everything.

I hope I get an egg soon! They are being awfully chatty today.

My girls definitely Bawwwk Bawwwk more when they are going to lay an egg. It's almost like they are a little uncomfortable or know they need to hurry up and get their treats so they can go up to the house and select a nice nest box.

My Maude, who is also a loner, starting getting noisy and laid later that week. She's quieted down since them, except for her daily egg song. Chickens sure are louder than I anticipated but they are more fun too.
