I have always been a night owl, but I've had insomnia really bad since my husband died. I rarely even sleep in bed. Sometimes I fall asleep at my desk, most times I sleep in the floor. I had been laying in the floor watching a movie and he was going to stay up and get things ready for a doctor appointment in the morning at 6AM. I told him I was going to be up, because i was going to be online, he said "yeah right, get some sleep." I fell asleep during the movie and I woke up and found him hours later. For some reason I think my brain makes me sleep in the floor since then. I also can't sleep, so between the two, I feel beat uo all the time. Not good for the body either. I've aged 30 year in 15 months. We hadn't lived her but a couple of months, so besides my over worked daughter and Karen, I know no one. So, I have BYC! LOL I live through my chickens. Plus I have gotten so behind here without his help, I try and do at least one thing at night. BYC usually beats out the one thing though. LOL But usually, I'm someplace online and in and out of here all night. Last night I was updating the first post on the California thread. I think I'm caught up. Maybe.

If you want to ride with me to Oakland you are welcomed. Let me know when you are ready for your coop too. I have your other fruit bin here whenyou are ready to tackle it too. Are you making another jut like the firt one we did? Or are we doing a grow pen or what? Let me know ahead of time & I will go out with Aaron &try to locate a Davi cockerel for you.
Maybe next week?? I'm going to try and build another type of coop. I drew it out and can't find my sketch, but I have an idea. I'm only going this weekend if I can get gads and parking money. I panic when I go anywhere and don't have my own transportation. You know how I am. I'm trying to get better about it, but then I've been that way since I was old enough to drive, so thats a lot of years of being this way.
Cheryl, yes! Heathfood store, like Braggs brand. I do splashes with the dogs. Been doing is so many years. I think there's something in my yard that's causing weight loss, so maybe this will help. They eat like horses and even Dusty the GSD mix isn't able to keep weight on. I worm them monthly, so IDK. They haven't had the AVC since ..........hmmmmm ....Dusty probably had it the first two months we had her and She'll be a year soon, Isis I got it to her when I was working on getting her through that black widow bite, but I have it near all the chicken stuff now and they get it. Actually just finished it off today. I drank it for decades. Always helped everything and I was never over weight. Since Bill died I lost then gained and I keep telling myself I'm going to go back on it. I have a really bad knee from when I was 12 and artritis just about everywhere. When I was good about drinking it I was in much less pain. I've suggested it to people over the years who have had arthritis and they have always come back amazing. My friend year ago got her mom to start drinking it and after 6 months, no more walker. One guy walked into my job and yelled all over that I was a miracle worker. I said nope I just push ACV.
Jeremy, I rarely and I mean rarely here my Sumatra roo. When I do, the sound is so non chicken and cool, I know if that's all I had, I could probably keep one on an apartment balcony. LOL
