I seen this recipe on GON...I tried it....It looks good but I didnt like it....I think Im going to make it again but replace the sausage with ground beef. Just to sausagey (if thats a word)

Oh man, I CAN eat this. This is low carb, pretty much all protein. I'll just have to watch any sauce I use with it. That is like the prettiest, sinfully delicious thing I have seen in a long time.

You know....DH and I was just talking the other day..we have LOTS of bacon in the freezer, from our pig..and we needed something to do to use MORE of it. I think...I am in LOVE with this one. Hmmmm, with the sausage....maybe diced apples inside!?? Im off to the kitchen.!

People people people....

Bacon is not unhealthy, neither is the sausage or cheese. The only heart-attack inducing material in this is the sugars and/or high fructose corn syrup in the glazes. Skip the glaze, eat some guilt free, but for goodness sake do NOT eat this with toast!
