If you go to HOME, and page down, on the right side lists top posters for yesterday. Usually the top three have a min. of 150 posts, and 200-300 isn't uncommen. I've never had more than 285 in a day, but I was top poster with that last friday. (Listed on Saturday)

You gotta pretty much give yourself over to it for several hours, or type like mad, and find a busy chat. (or three or five)
