Help...
idunno.gif

My 3 month old silkie sometimes does beak breathing / panting and extends its neck. He only does it in the evening / at night when he is in the indoor chicken room. His siblings are only 7 weeks old so I keep the room at around 75 degrees. I took him to a vet but the vet could not find anything wrong. He lives in a VERY sterile environment. I thought he might have gapeworm and I looked in his throat with a flashlight and did not see anything. Should I just go ahead and treat for it and if so is Ivermectin 1% the best thing to use? http://www.firststatevetsupply.com/store/product_info.php?cPath=23&products_id=192

Any
info would be great....

Happy Holidays

They will do that sometimes if they eat too much. Then if they drink water and it expands, they look like they're having a hard time keeping it down. When he does this, is his crop very full?
