Beak not closing all the way

My chick is three weeks old and I realized its beak is not closing all the way. It is eating and drinking and has been growing normally, but its beak does not close all the way Any advice?

Unless there's something that isn't allowing it to close all the way, such as a growth, and it's not affecting the thing's quality of life, let it be. Take a walk in your local mall or grocery store and count all the mouth breathers, then look at your chicken. Same thing.

Do you still have them under heat?

There are 7 chicks in total and she is the only one with the issue.

Make sure that he has a place to go to to get cool. You could try checking in his mouth for any type of growth. Have you tried closing his mouth? If not, then I would try that and see what kind of resistance is there.

Sounds like a possible crossbeak, or some other beak issue. Photos from front and side would help assess.

That looks like a cross beaked chick. Does the upper beak align with the lower beak when looking straight down from the top?

x2 it looks cross-beaked from what I can see. It'll likely worsen over time and may need routine maintenance, but as long as the bird can eat, drink and groom adequately it'll still be fine. If it cannot do those things without help, then you need to consider culling for quality of life.
