Beak, skin problem

Hi, my 2 month old baby silkie has a strange inflammation/discoloration on her beak skin. I put Neosporin on it, but it got bigger! Any ideas? Thank you.

It seems to be attached, part of her skin. It initially looked like food, but when I looked closer it is the skin. She is uncomfortable with it, because she wouldn't eat strawberries this morning, and I'm wondering i the acidity is hurting her.
