Hi all got 3 new ladies last week. Been keeping them in the coop to make sure they lay in there and roost. They started free ranging today and were sitting on my sitting room window looking in at me and I noticed Hetty's top part of her beak is slightly smaller. I didn't notice her getting injured so I don't know what happened. She seems content enough foraging away head down tail up. No other sign of injuries. As always any advice greatly received. Thanks

Ok I'll get it asap. If it is, Is she in pain? Can anything be done for her? Does it cut down her quality of life?
Cross beak should not be painful. If she does have cross beak you can trim the beak some. It does make it harder for them to eat and drink but she should be ok. I have never experienced cross beak before.
