I went out to the coop a little bit ago and it looks like one of my hens had been beat up. Tail feathers were missing, the feathers on top of her wings had been picked off and skin exposed? The other hens looked ok and they had been outside of the coop all day on my property? Any ideas.?

Could they possibly need more protein? I had a few I noticed starting to pick on one hen. I gave them some tuna or scrambled eggs a couple times a week and they seem to be ok now.
It may be a possibility....Scrambled eggs does it?

More information needed....First were they in the Coop and Run?...How do you feed, how long have you had them?...Coop and run size...To many variables...How many Chickens?...
They were outside as usual in a large area surrounding my 24x36 garage. I feed them bagged crumble from the feed store, a head of lettuce almost every day, some scratch feed, and have oyster shell available. 4 hens.
