Been trying to find a full list of domestic ducks

Trying to do some research about and endangered duck breeds, what are the rarest types?

Just sold the last of my pekin adults , plan on selling the last 40-50 fertil eggs or hatchlings for feed $$$.

And focus on critically endangered duck & turkey breeds instead of competing with every body with Pekins selling in San Diego.

and also what is the best garden bug/weeded eater duck/ breed?


Also stil can't find any lesser or Darwin Rheas for sell of trade? Kinda surprised no one will take my money..

Metzer farms has a duck breed comparison chart that could be a place to start for you. Of course they only have the breeds that they sell, so rarer breeds won't be on there. Look at the second chart on the page for foraging ability and conservation status.

Anconas! They are a rarer breed (although more and more are now popping up) but it's hard to find QUALITY and PURE anconas.
I would be happy to discuss more, share names of breeders who I know are working on specific bloodlines, etc.
Similarly to pekins, there are SO many hatchery/production quality anconas and fewer high quality non-crossed genetic lines.
