Belgian Watermaal Bantams - a cousin fo d'Anvers/d'Uccles!(pic heavy)

hello guys,
I've only just found this thread and I have always been a fan of Belgium bantams. I will be starting up my own small backyard hatchery soon with hopefully the three Belgium's ( d'uccle, d'anver and the watermaal) but, I live in Australia and I have searched for breeders of them and haven't had any luck

I am trying to look for pyncheon breeders as well. do you know if any of these breeds are in Australia?

There are a good many of all three breeds in Australia. I would contact the Belgium Bantam club there. They also have several Face book pages.

Well, I finally had a decent hatch of the Quail Watermaals this year (2014). I started out with so many colors. Now I only have the Quail, but I have really been focusing on setting traits in them. Will post some pics when I get a chance. Hard to keep this thread alive. Sometimes I wonder if many people even come to BYC anymore. Most of the Belgian folks are on FB now it seems...even BYC has a FB account.
