Belle or Buddy? Chocolate Orpington

I just wanted to check before I have to re-home our little guy/girl. Belle is just over 3 months old and I'm pretty sure she's a he, but I have nothing to compare to. It's my first time hatching chicks on my own and they are all different breeds. I haven't been 100% but now he's started walking/strutting around. He and his sister are totally bullied atm and he does seem to have a couple wounds on one of his legs. I'm not sure if that makes it better or worse to re-home home now or wait until he crows and we are forced to. Or will be bullied worse at house new home?

Thanks everyone! He's really very sweet and he still tries to sleep under momma even though he's over 3 months now! Hopefully there's a good farm that would love him
