Best antibiotic cream?

I used this on my chicken after a minor surgercal removal of bumblefoot the other day. Works great, and the one I have is mostly all natural ingredients like coconut butter instead of petroleum jelly and plant oils instead of manufactured medications.

Thank you for letting me know! I ended up using neosporin since I had that on hand, but I'll keep this in mind in case I need it in the future. (hopefully not! )

I had two more questions if anyone can help:

Today Bumble showed interest in her food, but she only ate a little dried cat food that I used to entice her, and none of her actual food. I noticed that she looked like she wanted to eat, but then would stop and shake her head side to side a bit. She eats the cat food slowly too, doesn't wolf it down like usual. Should this be a concern? I figure her head/neck has to still be sore from being grabbed, although none of the actual wounds inhibit her eating.

Second question was is it normal that she's stopped laying eggs for two days now? (today is the third day she's given me nothing, at least so far) She laid one on the day of the attack, one the next day, but no more eggs. She's laid about 8 so far I think so she just recently started giving me eggs. She's around a year old, I think she was taking a break, so these aren't her very first eggs.

And you positive none of her wounds are deep and there is no swelling to cause her not to be able to swallow normal? More than likely trauma has caused her to stop laying the ones she laid earlier the day of the attack and the next day were probably already in the works. Well if she wont eat nothing but cat food at least she is eating that and getting calories. I'd feed her what she'll eat for now you can slowly bring back the feed later. @casportpony might be able to give more advise on feeding one after being wounded

I can check her over again later, I let her out into the backyard and she's stayed there. She needs a good molt, since I don't think she can fly well. When I put her up in her pen this evening I'll look closer at her wounds, but I haven't found any swelling or any deep wounds. There was one that was closer to the bottom side of her face, almost underneath her head that was a little deeper than the others, but it's healing just as well and there was no swelling that I could see so I've just been keeping an eye on it. I don't think it could be the cause of any eating problems, but maybe I'm wrong.

I gave her some more cat food just a little while ago and she seemed eager to eat it, which was good to see.

I think if she’ll eat the cat food for now that’s good. You can introduce her reg feed back after she is healed. My Muscovy’s molt in late fall. I am sure it’s different depending on what part of the country we’re in.

Alright, thank you. I know a few of my ducks molted a few weeks ago; I don't know if because here in Florida we have hot weather year around and if that changes their patterns, but then again I can't remember now if they all molt during a specific time...I've had a couple of late molters before so I think it's throwing off my memory.

I bet it really depends on where we’re located. My Muscovy stop laying in late fall right before molt and breeding and laying doesn’t start back till following spring.

By the way, I did check over her wounds really well just a few minutes ago when I was putting her up, and I didn't find any swelling. She was showing a lot more interest in food today than yesterday so I hope that's a good sign she'll start eating normally soon. She also had the whole day to forage in our backyard so that probably made her happy.

As an update on Bumblebee: I've been letting her out in the yard during the day and her wounds are continuing to heal and do better. She's still hardly eating, though. I'm just putting cat food out for her...she's showing interest, but still only eats a little then leaves the rest... still drinking and active, though. I have no idea how much foraging she actually does. Today she's been laying around in nearly the same spot all day.
