best place to roost!

Today I was sitting outside visiting with my chickens. My cat decided he wanted some attention too and jumped in my lap. My little "lap chicken" Daphne jumped up and laid down right on top of the cat! She though she had found the greatest, nice, soft roost ever! I don't think the cat had the same opinion!

That's a cute photo. How long did it take for your cat to leave with a look of disdain? Or did the you cat stubbornly stay on your lap insisting that your lap should be cat territory only?

This is the most tolerant cat in the world! He stayed there until I made them both get up! He has been pecked on several occasions by our little dark cornish, and just cowers...never tries to fight back...its pathetic and comical at the same time!
