Best type wall feeder to eliminate waste

Look at my page. You can build one like mine as big or small as you like. Mine holds about 65# and there is zero waste due to the holes preventing scratching the feed out. You can PM me for specifics.

I had similar problem with them spill excessive amount of feed. This is what a farmer told me... take out the feeder. That is it.

It works. Chickens will feed on the spillage on the floor. Using pellets would help visually to see the extend of spill.

Also raising the feeder to shoulder level helps too.

I have two feeders in this coop. One wall & one hanging I have never seen any on the ground from either but I feed pell

I couldn't ask for a better feeder. Before this feeder I was wasting a whole 1-1 /2 weeks worth of feed!​
