I don't have that time, to wait a week.
I've done this before, I'll breed them, then collect the egg the next day.

Not necessarily, waiting a week or two is normally used to make sure a hen uses up the previous rooster(s) Sperm before breeding them to a new rooster.
I don't have the set up for that right now, so the day I breed them, I need to collect the egg(s) asap the next day, then breed them again.
