My Barred rock gets full too! Little Glutton. I sometimes give her a little soft bread soaked in olive oil - sometimes she will take it and other times not. I don't give them stuff to be gluttons for a couple of days - just regular feed but even when they free range it looks like she has eaten a softball at times!
