Many breeds lay brown eggs, too many to list.

my hens lay small eggs but aren't bantam's got golden o,s production and leghorn 4 all together but never big eggs

For sheer size, my red sex links were always the bomb. Eggs so large I couldn't close the carton, quite often.

counterbalanced by lack of shell quality as they aged. No matter what I fed them, shells were weak after 2 years of age. They still layed like champs during the warm season, but eggs were fragile.

How old are they? If they've just started laying, it can take a few months for them to start laying full sized eggs.

they are 3 yrs old one is 7 i think but will kick one out
