This morning I decided that my biggest regret regarding my chickens was...

I caught my EE having just gotten up from laying her egg this morning. I had never seen a wet bloom so of course stupid me had to closely inspect. I brought the egg up close to my face and then even more stupidly I sniffed - WHAT WAS I THINKING?! Whoa that was stinky!

I'd like a bigger coop, but what I would really like is to win the lottery so that I can build a huge coop and have enough money to feed all my chooks properly

I regret not winning the lottery.

The problem I have now is my coop fits my budget for the birds I can house in it and feed.

My biggest regret was starting out with only 2 chickens (I was worried if I was legal in my area).

I have 3 now, with some chicks coming in the Spring.

biggest regret
not going ahead with my idea of starting a small poultry processing operation in my area. Closest to process birds for small farms is 3 hr. drive one way. I toyed with the idea but have so much happening on the farm, no way I could take on that project.

Processing alot of birds for market is a pain! The price is right at the processer but too far away. Just make me go

My regret is the coop and run- both too small.
I also regret not putting up the different fencing for my horse that could also be used for chickens and goats.
