Big's Steak Taquitos

    Mis en place

    1 1/2 lbs ribeye steak meat, cut in julianne strips
    1/2 onion finely chopped

    1 medium mild green chile, chopped
    3 Tbls. garlic finely chopped
    1 package taco seasoning mix

    1 cup orange juice
    1 cup coca cola

    Brown meat and onions in 3 Tbls corn oil, when browned well (about 8 minutes) add 2nd group of ingredients and brown 3-4 minutes, then add orange juice and coca cola and cook on the stove top, reduce until almost dry.
    Take medium sized flour tortillas and lay out a line of meat on one end, roll tightly and press down to hold. Heat pan and add 1 Tbls corn oil and spread it around. Once all taquitos are assembled grill 3-4 at a time for about 1 minute, flip and repeat. I laid a smaller skillet on top of them to hold them down and keep their shape. Serve with guacamole and sour cream to dip them in as you eat them.... Darn Good !!
