My dad might let me get this thing called bird buddy, and I have confirmed that I have at least 1 owl, 1 bat, 3 Mourning Doves (At least 1 male and I think a female) (One seen making a nest), 3 Cardinals, 1 Male Red Bellied Woodpecker, and maybe some eastern bluebirds. Male mourning doves have blue on the top of their heads and red feet, and females are more brown and have pink feet.

Beautiful! Have fun watching her best build!

A pair of white breasted nuthatches have been hammering away at my chickadee box, I hope they stick around.

I also found out that the bird with a stripe on it's face is a Carolina Wren, but I still think that it's call sounds more like tweetiebird than teakettle.
I'll always think whip-POOR-will when I hear a California Quail call. Not Chi-ca-go. The best part of birding is that there is no right or wrong way!

Hi everyone! I wanted to make this chat so that birders can talk about Wild birds. I also included a poll asking what your favorite corvid is. I live in Upstate NY, so the birds I mentioned may be different where you are, in that case just add a comment of what bird it is, and where it is found!
<><><><>Rules<><><><>
1) Certain issues with birds involve politics (the attack on the migratory bird treaty act) Let's keep those kinds of issues out of this chat!
2) No hate comments (we all have our own opinions)
3) No spamming like uhrfjsndrwuhefsdj- but chatting is fine!
4) The poll will not close, you can only choose one and you can not change your answer
My Favorite Wild Bird is a Northern Cardinal! I birdwatch alot!
