Anyone have an idea what I saw? Seemed to be mostly whitish underneath and under wings maybe flecks of color but not real bold. no prominent banding that I could tell. I just saw alot of white. Seemed medium size and not real slender, maybe a bit pudgy. lol. Definately wasnt a redtailed hawk. oh and not a seagull. The crows ended up giving him a hard time and kept him moving tg
I live a mile from the river and bay in northeastern MD

Maybe a marsh or harrier hawk... if it's none of these I have no clue

It looks most like the harrier, with white predominent. I am not sure what a juv redtailed looks like. If its almost completely white with small flecks of color and no brown bands, then its possible its a juvie. Nice pictures posted. Enjoyed looking at BOP... Just don't want to see them so close to my yard! Luckily the dog saw it too...
