That's why I rehomed them because everyone here said they had rooster feathers and they both were crowing like crazy. I was just told last night that the new home is now getting pullet eggs from them.I am confused. I've never had Australorps so I didn't comment but I swear I saw pointy saddle feathers in pic 2 of OP's 1st post. Do Australorps feather differently than other breeds? Just trying to learn all I can as Australorps are next on my list. Thanks![]()
I was hoping to get them back but the new home just said thanks! haha I did end up ordering new chicks and I swear the Australorp I got is looking like a rooster again but I'm definitely going to wait it out longer this timeThats sooo disapointing. I's there any way you could get them back? Probably not but it's worth a try.
