Can you post a pic. In most cases any copper below the hackle feathers is a sign of a roo. If your sure that it's a pullet, it could be melanisers or just something that may grow out in a month or so.my BCM pullet has some small, almost invisible copper spots on her wings. she is pure BCM.

If she's still young, I would wait and see what it looks like in a few months. If it's still there after seven or eight months, then it may be a problem. Sometimes spots can appear and go away in a few months. It's all a part of growing. If it's getting worst after 6 months, I cull, but I learned not to panic about a white feather tip until they are 7 or 8 months old. I know you said this was copper. That's not commonly seen on a pure BCM pullet below the hackles. If it's a problem at 7 or 8 months, it's likely not going to any better. A white tip on the feathers usually grow out in marans, not always, but in many cases a white tip seen at 3 or 4 months is gone at 6 months. Not sure about yours, but a picture would be very helpful.
Chickengr, what colour are her legs?
