Black Frizzle am I a pullet or roo?

Black frizzle, I can't figure out if it is a pullet or roo, no crowing. It looks old enough to crow or start laying one. I'm not sure of age.

Definite cockerel, check out the iridescent wings, the iridescent beginnings of saddle feathers and rooster tail, and of course the very red face around the comb/wattles.
