I have hatched and raised well over 100 birds... in my experience, according to the size of HER waddles... that IS a bearded bird (bearding gene inhibits waddle size), even though it's appearance is not always the same.Sometimes she looks bearded but most of the time she doesn’t.
Thing is... more than that... I was raised by dopers and can't stand to be lied to


Anyways... I LOVE breeding chickens and that (in my experience) is NOT a Minorca... It's not just about whether or not they are show quality, but IF they are a specific breed AT all... That bird has the wrong body type to be Minorca. In addition to the leakage of color (reminding me of Marans) that is quite obvious.
Since she ISN'T a typical EE and you say from the ornamental collection... I would confidently suspect OE. Please note some bearded birds get over groomed by their flock mates making it thinner or disappear until molt.
I really love guess the gender/breed game!

And one great thing about EE and OE... is no two are exactly the same.
