Ok, then it's pretty much official. Adonis needs a new name...Ladyhawk, what is this kid's girly name now?

Jody, her mother, Smoky, was so slow feathering with a stumpy tail and really had me fooled big time. Guess this little girl takes after mama, then.

I've got one that looks almost identical to Addie here but I'm waiting till they either crow or lay eggs. I've heard too much about them fooling everyone to trust the word of a chicken!

You know, Karen, I do think Junior is Smoky's son. It's been ages since I had any babies out of Dusty and I mean maybe a year or more.

Smoky is larger than Dusty and most every chick that came out of that pen has been hers for over a year, other than a couple out of Meg.

Well heck fire I guess Addie will work fine. Sarah (scbatz33) says I can snatch any boy from her brooders so....as she has several I think I can get a breeder from her without too much trouble....Besides I really like Sarah's birds. They are nice a big, beautiful feathers and very typey.

Now if the lavenders ever get perfected I might get some of those from her but I am not the "project" sorta gal so I will wait.
