I got this chick out of a brown and white egg laying pack of 10 from Hoovers hatchery any idea what it is?

That is a Black Australorp for sure. A lot of them have the white flight feathers like yours does. (Which I don't really know why. I think they lose them as they grow.)

You'd know if you look at the bottom of the feet for skin color. If white, pinkish it's an Australorp. It's a pullet.

She does look like a pullet, and likely an Australorp, as others have said. I can't quite tell what kind of comb she has though, and it almost looks like a pea comb. Could you maybe get a photo of her head, straight on? An Australorp should have a single comb.
