Not sure what this is, just appeared

Maybe Poultry Pox? (chicken pox) from mosquitoes and stress. Mine had it and I treated them with electrolytes in their water. They recovered after about a week.

First guess, Fowl pox, based on the little bit of swelling at bottom of her L wattle.

The eggs will be fine.As long as you cook them enough.
