Black spots on ducks beak and feet.

Our daffy duck recently lost her drake (disappeared) and we have started to notice black spot on her beak and on her feet. Any suggestions? pic attached

Is she confined? Has she been fence walking? Perhaps trying to get out? I can't really see the spots on your pictures. My guess is she's rubbing on something. Hopefully someone else has a better idea.
