Black Spots/Peeling Beak

Hey so my Mang has some black spots on his beak. I don't think it's fowl pox , does it have something to do with his beak growing? Because it's also peeling I think.

What do you feed Mang?
Has he been sick or is it cold in his coop?

His comb looks awfully dark, is it always like that?
I tried to blow up your photo so we could see it a bit better, it's still hard to see the beak. The black portion looks like it's just his coloring, but it also looks like he has a cut on the beak as well?
If possible, a close up photo of the beak would be helpful.
