Thanks Amy Lynn, I only have horse electrolytes here so not sure on the dosage for that one for a chick but can make up some honey water n a pinch of salt for the morning, its 2am here and finally my chick kicked here way free from the remains of the egg and membrane.
The egg yolk and blood had been absorbed, but the navel was protruding a bit, so I put on some Pivodine and corn starch then took a clean sterile dry dressing and trimmed it down to a square, I put this over the navel n taped it on with micro-pour tape, this falls off after an hr or so and doesn't damage the fluff or feathers. It just covers the navel until it heals over and dries properly but gives it some protection.
I gave my chick some more of the honey water and vitamin mix, put her on some dry paper towel and am keeping her in the bator over night to give her a chance to recover and stay warm away from the other chicks. The remaining eggs haven't pipped yet so I sectioned them off n the back of the bator, there's still some water in the reservoir but the chick is warm n dry. When its fluffed up some in the morning and is a bit more with it I'll put her with the others in the brooder. Fingers crossed all go's well now n she gets strong and more active. She is talkative if I'm around the bator or the other chick start peeping to each other which is a good sign, she also reacts to the light as well when I turn it on. So fingers crossed whilst I get a few hrs of much needed sleep.
Thanks everyone for your advice and I'm pleased about your chick Zgm.
