One of my hens gets picked at, and that's usually what it looks like. I'm not positive, but it could be! I just treat her with iodine, neosporin and bandage it up. If you cover it with a neutral-colored bandage, the chickens won't peck at it. If the hen is bleeding, the others will be attracted to it and start to pick at it, regardless of where the wound came from..
