It's bone chilling cold here too. My nose is an ice cube. It was so nice and warm earlier, you'd think after all the weeding I did today, I'd be crashed by now.
I'm up because I just set 41 eggs in the new hovabator.
Just checking every hour or so to be certain temp and humidity are where they belong. Looking for a high of 75 tomorrow.
So far it all looks good.
Temp at 100 even
Humidity at 55
Room temp 76
Outside 56
That means I should have some chicks hatching on Saturday, February 21st... in the wee hours of the mornin'.
I've got to get some sleep. Little brother flew into town with his #2 son and I want to see if he wants to go hiking tomorrow for a bit. He is at older brothers and will be taking my mother back to the eskimo country of N. Utah.
Good luck Mahonri with Your hatching, I put my first set in the bator Wednesday night I keep checking. Humidity in Florida seems to be a problem right now, not enough for a change.
And who sent the cold weather down here, huh. I had to turn on the heat.
