Blisters on foot

I have one hen with these nasty looking blisters. What do I do with her? It’s oozy and terribly stinky. If it’s bumblefoot, I’m not seeing the scab on the bottom of the foot like you’re supposed to see. Thoughts?

If you had included your location in your profile, I wouldn't need to guess that this may be frost bite. Or go to all the bother of asking where is your location.

Has been well below zero for a few days, like most of the country.

It must be due to frostbite then. Never dealt with it on feet, so hopefully someone else knows how to treat this.

1-Keep from refreezing
2-Do not touch or rub damaged tissue
3-Spray several times a day with Vetericyn but do not expose chicken to sub freezing temps while the foot is drying from the application.
4-Check all water dispensers for possibly dripping on feet as chicken drinks. Install a drip pan to catch drips before they fall on chicken feet and freeze.
