Bloated Hen

My hen is bloated, breathing hard and her comb is dry. Any help would be great. Checked for a stuck egg, clear.

By bloated, are you talking about her abdomen?

A bloated abdomen could indicate a few possible problems, some being reproductively related such as Egg Yolk Peritonitis common with older hens, this cause's egg to pass into the colemotic cavity instead of being expelled, after some time the yolk cause's bacterial growth, which often results in subsequent death to the bird affected. Other reproductive problems might be, egg binding, salpingitis, cystic oviduct. Other non-reproductive problems causing the abdomen to distend might be actices, or tumors.

It'd be helpful to know how old this chicken is, if she has been laying frequently, how her abdomen feels, soft, watery, hard? A picture/video of her would be great too.

Can you see the bloated belly in a picture? Is it soft, spongy, or firm? Ascites (water belly) or internal laying could be possible causes. Is the skin there normal color?

Her belly is firm sponge like. Not firm as with human ascites, more like air. Her droppings are green and smell horrible. Her crop is dark, dry, and withered. Belly skin is normal color. She is eating mealworms.
